Our kitchen carcasses are made to order at our factory and delivered ready assembled direct to your door. Ready assembled means they are ready to fit saving time and if you're paying for a tradesman's time -can save you money too!!.
Our pre-assembled screw fixed carcasses are the same through all kitchen ranges, constructed with 18mm MFC Panels & 3mm screw fixed HDF backs. Units are edged to closely match doors/panels ie: Beech door/end panels-Beech edging on carcass.
Our kitchen units can be ordered with or without 'SHOW ENDS'. As an alternative to show ends, coloured end panels can be ordered separately and fixed over and to the side of the carcass. If you choose this method of fitting instead of using 'SHOW ENDS' an allowance of 18mm for the thickness of the end panels should be made when planning your kitchen. All our standard units come with visible screw fixed sides. When units are located between two units or run to a wall a standard unit is normally used. When a unit is located at the end of a run and has a visible side in the finished kitchen a 'SHOW END' or end panel can be used.
ABOUT SHOW ENDS
What is a SHOW END?
A SHOW END is a panel (the colour of the panel being the closest colour match to the door range chosen) which replaces a standard cream/white panel on a standard unit.
When would a SHOW END be used?
A SHOW END is used where the left side, right side or both sides of a unit will be on show after it has been fitted into the run of kitchen units.
Each unit must be ordered allowing for its position within the finished kitchen.
How do I order a unit with a SHOW END ?
Where available you can select SHOW ENDS on each individual unit using the drop down menu within the product description.
DOORS
Our DOORS/FRONTS are included in the unit prices shown along with the appropriate hinges for that unit. Doors/fronts are supplied individually packaged for protection and are pre-drilled for hinges where required. Doors & drawer fronts are available to purchase separately if required and can be ordered drilled or undrilled for hinges.
Our top of the range doors are made from timber, usually oak with a veneered centre panel. Vinyl wrapped doors being mid range and also our budget linea range which is woodgrain MFC panel with a tough PVC edge.
DRAWERBOXES
Our drawer units are available in many sizes and we offer two types of drawerbox PREMIUM SLOW CLOSE & STANDARD
Our PREMIUM drawer units offer an exceptional quality German drawerbox with a SLOW CLOSE action built into a heavy duty runner.
Our STANDARD drawer units offer a robust quality drawerbox with a solid base and metal formed sides with a smooth running action.
WORKTOPS
