All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. Delivery is only available within England & Wales (UK).
We will deliver our kitchens to many regions of England & Wales. Delivery prices are dependent on your order & location. A delivery charge will be added to your cart and you should check this amount before proceeding.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Our liability for defective goods is confined to free or part replacement and it is a condition of this sale that no claim for consequential loss will be entertained.
2. Delivery dates are given in good faith by the seller as an indication of the estimated delivery time but do not amount to contractual obligation to deliver at the time stated. There shall be no liability on the part of the seller for any failure to deliver due to causes beyond the sellers control.
3. Our drivers and couriers have instructions not to pick up any items without receiving a collection note.
4. The prices quoted on our website are those ruling at the date of ordering and are subject to variation without notice.
5. Goods made to special instructions or detail cannot be cancelled once officially ordered or accepted. This includes made to order kitchen units.
6. Delivery dates are quoted without engagement although every endeavor will be made to adhere to the date quoted, in no circumstances will the seller be liable for any loss arising from delay in delivery however caused. Time shall not be the essence of the contract.
7. All materials supplied are subject to the buyers responsibility as to suitability of purpose for which they are used and no claim for consequential loss will be entertained.
8. All prices quoted are exclusive of value added tax where applicable. Payment for the goods shall be made on or before the date fixed in accordance with the terms agreed between the buyer and the seller. in the event that payment shall not have been made by such date, the seller shall be entitled to recover from the buyer interest or any outstanding balance at the rate of 8% above the bank of england minimum lending rate for the time being in force for the period from such date until the date of payment. If payment is still not received 60 days after the due date, we reserve the right to add the third party costs, which will be incurred through ourselves through any collection agency. These costs can be waived at the discretion of this company.
9. The risk in the goods shall pass from the seller to the buyer upon delivery of such goods to the buyer. However not withstanding delivery and the passing of the risk in the goods, title and property in the goods, including full legal and beneficial ownership, shall not pass to the buyer until the seller has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for all goods delivered to the buyer under this and all other contracts between the seller and the buyer for which payment of the full price of the goods shall include the amount of any interest or other sum payable under the terms of this and all contracts between the seller and the buyer under which the goods were delivered.
10. All claims for damaged and defective goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
11. Goods cannot be accepted for return after two weeks from the invoice date. any product which has been machined, drilled or altered in any way from its original sale condition will not be considered for return under any circumstance. we reserve the right to charge a 20% handling charge on all goods which are returned and are not damaged or defective.
