How long from order date to delivery date?

This depends on the products ordered and availability. We will contact you after ordering to arrange a delivery date.
As a general guide: Kitchen units 10 -15 working days. Other items: 3-7 working days

What time will my delivery arrive?

Upon receipt of your order we will advise you of your delivery date and method. For larger deliveries made by our own vehicles/drivers, we will contact you before the agreed delivery date and give you a four hour time slot that has been allocated for your delivery to arrive. Smaller orders may be delivered by courier service and as such we cannot give a time of delivery.

What if my delivery doesn’t arrive?

In the unlikely event this happens we will contact you on the telephone number provided. You can contact our customer services for advice on 0151-639-7222.

What do I need to do before my delivery arrives?

You should prepare a space large enough to hold your delivery and consider the size of the items ordered ie. large kitchen units, length/size of worktops, and any appliances for access to your property and any ground floor doorways. These items can be heavy so the delivery vehicles will have a two person team to off-load. You must be present to accept your kitchen delivery or appoint another adult in writing to be responsible for accepting and checking your order. It is essential that you advise us in advance of any likely access problems as the delivery vehicles are large and will be parked for some time whilst unloading and checking is carried out. Delivery is to the ground floor only and the customer should make their own arrangements to move the goods above or below ground floor access . Should the driver be unable to deliver due to access problems or the customer not attending, a failed delivery charge, storage charges and a re-delivery charge will be applied.

What do I need to do when my delivery arrives?

Consult with delivery driver as to where to unload the goods and use your Delivery Note/Order Confirmation to check off your delivery.
Please inspect your goods thoroughly and report any damages, faults or errors to your driver or us within 2 working days. We cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have already been fitted.
You can report damages, faults or errors to the Sales Office by e-mail, phone or letter within two working days. We will endeavor to replace that item/part as soon as possible.
No liability can be accepted for consequential costs caused by late deliveries or the replacement of damaged, missing or mistakenly sent goods.

RETURNS/DAMAGES/ERRORS

What if any items are damaged when checking the delivery?

If any damage is noticed on delivery our driver will arrange a replacement part/item at that time. If your delivery is made by courier or our driver has left the premises you should contact customer services to arrange for a replacement part/item on 0151-639-7222 or by e-mail. All damages/shortages must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery in all cases.

My kitchen units are not as I expected, can I return them for a refund?

No, your kitchen units are made to order and as such you cannot cancel this part of your order once placed. We strongly recommend a visit our showroom or make use of our product sample service to determine the nature of the product.

An item is not required, can I return it for a refund?

Yes, you may return unused items to us. You will liable for any collection, administration and repackaging costs.
